These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at [YOUR DOMAIN] (the "Site") and the purchase of any physical goods offered through it (the "Products").
By browsing the Site, placing an order or accepting delivery of a Product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you order on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Site and the Products are operated and supplied by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us", "our"), based in [COUNTRY / REGION]. You can contact us at any time using the details in section 16.
Payment processing. Payments are processed on our behalf by our payment provider, [PAYMENT PROVIDER NAME], and by the card networks and payment methods it supports. Where our provider acts as Merchant of Record, it is the legal seller of record for the transaction, is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice or receipt. Their name will appear on your payment statement. Nothing in this arrangement affects your rights under these Terms, which remain enforceable against us.
We sell physical pet collars and related accessories, made from leather, polyurethane (PU) and metal hardware, some of which feature decorative crystal inlay. Products are supplied as physical goods and are delivered by post or courier.
Product descriptions, including material, dimensions, available sizes, finishes and the contents of any set, are set out on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. That description forms part of these Terms in respect of that order.
Because our products are hand-finished and often made from natural materials, minor variation in grain, tone, stitching and finish between individual items is normal and is not a defect.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order by dispatching the goods, or by sending you a separate written acceptance, whichever happens first.
We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including where:
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full, including any shipping charges paid.
All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery, except where our checkout expressly states that these are calculated and collected at the time of purchase.
The total payable, including shipping and any collected taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact details.
Shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates and our approach to duties and customs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of payment in full.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it or refund it in full at your choice.
Your rights to return an item or obtain a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary, you may return unworn, clean items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange. Engraved and personalised items are final sale. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is not affected by this policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We warrant that our Products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching failure, hardware breakage and loss of crystal inlay under normal use.
The warranty does not cover, and we are not liable for:
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue. If the claim is accepted, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion, and we will cover reasonable return postage.
Important. Our collars are designed as everyday and fashion collars. They are not to be used as a restraint device, tie-out, training aid or for towing, lifting or securing an animal in a vehicle. Always check your collar regularly for wear and fit, and remove it if your pet is left unattended for long periods.
A collar that is too loose can slip over the head; one that is too tight can cause discomfort or injury. It is your responsibility to select the correct size, to check the fit regularly as your pet grows, and to supervise your pet while wearing any accessory. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from incorrect sizing, misuse or lack of supervision.
Small parts, including crystals and metal fittings, could present a choking hazard if detached. If any part of a collar becomes loose or detached, stop using it immediately and contact us.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor calibration and lighting conditions. Measurements given on the Site are approximate and may vary slightly between individual hand-finished items. Such variation does not constitute a defect or a misdescription.
All product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, design and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Except for the express warranty set out in section 8, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Products.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory consumer right.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, our payment arrangements or applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and the "last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of [JURISDICTION] shall have jurisdiction, except that nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce mandatory consumer protections available in the consumer's country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
